We can deliver your order in a range of ways depending on the product you’re buying. To see the delivery options and prices simply place an item in the basket and put in your postcode.

Once your order has been collected by our delivery partner you will receive a despatch notification email from Omlet with details of the shipping method.

With tracked services you will receive an email from the delivery partner with your tracking details so that you can follow your order’s progress.

Pre-Order / Out of Stock

If an item in your order is on pre-order please quote your order number if you wish to receive the rest of your order as soon as possible, and our team will be happy to assist.

Please note that the delivery dates shown in your order confirmation are estimates. If your order did not arrive when you were expecting, please email the customer services team on sells@loveolay.com with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that all delivery times are provided as estimates and occasionally deliveries will occur either earlier or later than expected. If you live in a particularly rural or offshore location it is highly likely that your delivery will take longer than the normal delivery time.
